Corona Virus and our Delivery Service
For the protection of our customers and for our installation team we will be undertaking "contactless deliveries"
In practice, this means that we require a 2m separation at all times, to minimise the potential of cross-contamination of the virus. We also require household members to occupy another room during the visit. Hands will be cleaned prior to entry and where possible we will wear gloves during the installation.
If required, and maintaining the 6ft rule, the installers will give a demonstration of the product before they leave. They are under instructions not to enter your premises if they suspect anyone is showing signs of the virus (coughing or suffering from flu-like symptoms). This is to protect them and other customers whose houses they will go on to visit.
If you suspect you may have symptoms of the virus between ordering and the intended date of delivery please contact us.
Sorry to appear firm, but we hope you understand that these requirements will help protect you, our staff and your neighbourhood. We will continue to review these arrangements according to official UK Government advice and thank you for reading. These rules are allowing us to deliver necessary Appliances, like fridges, washing machines and ovens and to continue serving you, whilst protecting everyone.
Delivery and Returns
L R Mees Ltd deliver to selected UK locations within a 25 mile radius of NG13 8AB, Nottingham. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01949 838597 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.
L R Mees Ltd will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 4 days. L R Mees Ltd will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
